Inspection checklist
- Appearance: wood grain, color, coating, scratches, cracks, glue marks, and logo position.
- Structure: stable base, dish fit, smooth edges, and heat isolation from wooden parts.
- Function: electric heating, switch, cable, plug, wattage, or tea-light clearance depending on model type.
- Packaging: inner protection, gift box print, barcode, warning label, and carton strength.
- Documents: model number, specification sheet, certificate, invoice, and packing list match the approved sample.
Sampling method
Keep an approved sample as the standard for production. During inspection, compare color, dimensions, finish, dish material, and packaging against that sample.
